1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on np777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, np777 will close all but the earliest registered account and may void any winnings or bonuses earned across the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. np777 uses this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted through verified accounts are processed within the same business day, with most transactions completed within 30 minutes to one hour via GCash and Maya during regular hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. NP777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your np777 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. NP777 complies with anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses offered by np777 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets — are available to eligible members subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine residents who have completed account registration and made at least one qualifying deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Expiry

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on np777 are final once confirmed. NP777 does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets, including wrong amounts, wrong selections, or bets placed on the wrong event. Double-check your betslip before confirming any wager.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours; obvious pricing errors are identified; or the relevant event is determined to have been compromised by match-fixing. In all cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to your np777 account balance.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play bets on np777 are subject to the market being open at the time the bet is submitted. Due to data latency, there may be a brief delay between on-screen odds and confirmed acceptance. If the market closes before your bet is accepted, the bet will be automatically rejected and no funds will be deducted.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes, np777 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. "Void and restore" applies to casino games as well — disconnection during a casino game does not constitute a settled outcome.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on np777. Violation of any item in this list may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for fraudulent purposes.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Accessing np777 using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true geographical location or identity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the np777 platform, software, or security systems.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino, or any competitive format on the platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation related to events offered on np777.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing np777 support staff, other members, or third-party personnel connected to the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them — members who discover and report genuine bugs may be recognised at np777's discretion.

8 Responsible Gaming

NP777's total aggregate liability to any member for any single claim shall not exceed the amount held in that member's np777 account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits NP777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The np777 platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be disclaimed by law.

11 Privacy

NP777 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

NP777 does not accept arbitration clauses that would require disputes to be resolved outside the Philippines or under foreign law.
